IAM is a centre providing facilities for art and science in Turkey which meets high expectations and aspirations; it has a unique atmosphere. IAM is owned by TOVAK; a foundation which works on social services. The centre is available as an international meeting place for people from all countries for activities in all fields. The centre is also available for meetings and further training courses in the social and scientific fields, as well as for other groups such as people interested in outdoor activities. Birthday or wedding - celebration groups, also fasting groups are welcome. It is possible to rent the house exclusively for one group. IAM is open throughout the year; all rooms of the house have  modern fans as well as new and efficiant air-condition.

The complex comprises two buildings: a residential building with 22 rooms providing accommodation for up to 50 people and a studio building where workshops or training sessions can be held. A spacious terrace with a swimming pool links the two buildings to each other. The view in any direction is amazing: up to the mountains, into the pine trees or down to the bay. The rooms are bright, they all have a shower, WC, internal telephone and most of them have a balcony.

The 4 studios are large (50, 50, 52, 78 m² respectively); they are ideal for seminars, workshops or other activities. Worktables, easels or dedicated conference chairs (approximately 60) and a wall piano can be made available. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the complex.

IAM also has an amphitheatre which can be used for drama, music, discussions, talks, poetry readings and concerts. Outside, there are several different levels where work can be completed in the open air under fig trees, pine trees and bougainvillea. We provide very good Turkish cuisine and you can choose between full-board and half-board.

Dalaman (110 km)  is the nearest airport; it is also possible to travel via Izmir (280 km). Apart from charter flights there is always the possibility to fly with Turkish Airlines via Istanbul; there are comfortable buses (coaches) from various bus stations to Marmaris (e.g. www.pamukkale.com.tr) or if you fly via Dalaman you can take the service bus which goes from the airport to Marmaris direct. If necessary, transportation can be arranged from any airport to IAM direct.
